Participating Units definition

Participating Units means, as of a particular date, Investor Units and Common Units that are eligible to participate in Distributions pursuant to Section 7.1 or would be eligible to participate if all Available Operating Cash and Available Transaction Cash at such date were distributed pursuant to Section 7.1 on such date.
Participating Units means 100% of the units of equity of Newco.

More Definitions of Participating Units

Participating Units means Class C, Class D, Class D-1, Class I, Class S, Class S-1, Class T and Class T-1 units of the Operating Partnership held by unitholders other than the Company. Class E units of the Operating Partnership shall not be considered Participating Units.
