Participation Election Form definition

Participation Election Form shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.18.
Participation Election Form means the written agreement or commitment to make a deferral submitted by the Participant to the Administrator pursuant to Article 4 of the Plan. The Participant Election Form may take the form of an electronic communication followed by appropriate confirmation according to procedures established by the Administrator.
Participation Election Form means the form on which a Participant elects the total dollar amount of Deferrals to be made during a Deferral Period under the Plan.

  • The Administrator shall notify Eligible Employees generally not less than thirty (30) days (or such lesser period as may be practicable under the circumstances) prior to any deadline for filing a Participation Election Form.

More Definitions of Participation Election Form

Related to Participation Election Form

  • Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
