Participant Election Form definition

Participant Election Form means the written agreement to make a deferral submitted by the Participant to the Administrator on a timely basis pursuant to Article 2 of the Plan. The Participant Election Form may take the form of an electronic communication followed by appropriate written confirmation according to specifications established by the Administrator.
Participant Election Form means the agreement, in a form acceptable to the Administration Committee, to make an election regarding the time or form of payment of a Participant’s benefits, submitted by the Participant to the Administration Committee on a timely basis pursuant to Articles 2 and 4 of the Plan. The Participant Election Form may take the form of an electronic communication followed by appropriate written confirmation from the Administration Committee according to specifications established by the Administration Committee.
Participant Election Form means the Participant Election Form attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.

Examples of Participant Election Form in a sentence

  • If no Participant Election Form is filed during the prescribed enrollment period, the Participant’s election for the prior Plan Year shall continue in force for the next Plan Year.

  • The Participant shall be required to submit a new Participant Election Form on a timely basis in order to change the Participant’s deferral election for a subsequent Plan Year.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of the Plan or Participant Election Form to the contrary, in the event of a Participant’s death before the complete distribution of his or her Account, the distribution of such Participant’s Account shall be made in a Lump Sum Payment to the Participant’s Beneficiary within sixty (60) days after the date of death.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Plan to the contrary, no change submitted on a Participant Election Form shall be accepted by the Plan Sponsor.

  • The Scheduled Withdrawal payment shall be paid by the Company to the Participant no later than the last day of January of the Plan Year elected by the Participant in the Participant Election Form unless preceded by Termination of Employment.


More Definitions of Participant Election Form

Participant Election Form means the form or forms on which a Participant elects to defer Compensation hereunder and/or on which the Participant makes certain other designations as required thereon.
Participant Election Form means the form or forms prescribed by the Administrator which, when completed and submitted by a Participant to the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the Plan, constitute a written agreement to make a deferral and elect a form of distribution under the Plan.
