Partly Paid Security definition

Partly Paid Security means a Quoted Product for which the holder may be liable to pay a call or instalment in accordance with the terms of issue and for which an amount remains unpaid, but does not include a Quoted Product issued by a no liability company.
Partly Paid Security means an Equity Market Product for which the holder may be liable to pay a call or instalment in accordance with the terms of issue and for which an amount remains unpaid, but does not include an Equity Market Product issued by a no liability company.
Partly Paid Security means a Security the consideration for which is specified in the Pricing Supplement to be partly paid.
