Partners Conflicts Committee definition

Partners Conflicts Committee means the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of Partners, consisting solely of independent directors.
Partners Conflicts Committee means the committee of the Partners GP Board, consisting (as of the date hereof) of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxx, Xx. (and having the vacancy with respect to the position formerly held by Xxxx XxxXxxxxx).

  • Management Board means the management board of the Company.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
