Partnership Activities definition

Partnership Activities means enforcement activity and any other initiatives which the Partners shall agree to undertake from time to time in pursuit of the aims and objectives of this Agreement.
Partnership Activities means activities required to be carried out for the benefit of the Partnership in connection with the conduct and operation of its business activities.

  • Partnership Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del. C. §§ 17-101, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and any successor to such statute.
