Patent Product means any product or service (or component thereof) the discovery, development, manufacture, use, sale, offering for sale, importation, exportation, distribution, rental or lease of which is Covered By a claim of a Patent.
Patent Product or “Patent Products” shall mean any products and/or services in the Field of Use that, except for the license granted hereunder, would infringe a Valid Claim.
Patent Product means any article, device or composition, the manufacture, use, or sale of which, in whole or in part absent the license granted hereunder would infringe, or is covered by, one or more CLAIM(S) within the PATENT RIGHTS.

More Definitions of Patent Product
Patent Product means a product , composition, or material for use in the Field (i) the manufacture, sale or use of which would but for the license granted herein, infringe a Valid Claim of the Patent Rights, or (ii) whose discovery or development was enabled by Company’s use of a Proprietary Research Tool (“Tool Products”).
Patent Product means any product (including any drug candidate, chemical compound, formulation apparatus or kit) or component part thereof, if the manufacture, use, sale, import, export or practice thereof is claimed by a VALID CLAIM of the PATENT RIGHTS or any PATENT METHOD.
Patent Product means: a product licensed pursuant to ---------------- this Agreement, the making, using, importation, exportation, offer for sale, or sale of which would infringe, in the absence of this license, any unexpired Valid Claim of a ZGI Patent or an NN Patent.

Patent Product means products or services that (1) contain cells that comprise, or are derived from, or manufactured using, human embryonic stem cells and (2) the development, manufacture, sale or use of which would, but for the license rights granted herein, infringe one or more Valid Patent Claims. The classification of whether a Cellular Assay Product is a Patent Product shall be made upon the First Commercial Sale of the Cellular Assay Product and cannot be changed as the result of an action (such as the change of the site of manufacture) taken by GEHC. For the avoidance of doubt, Patent Product does not include products or services that contain cells that comprise, or are derived from or manufactured using, human induced pluripotent stem cells.
Patent Product means: (i) any product, device, system, article of manufacture, machine, composition of matter, process, or service (or component thereof); (ii) any method of using any of the foregoing; or
Patent Product means any composition or product that (i) uses or is covered by the claims of Patent Rights or Related Patent Rights, (ii) that is produced by or practices the Licensed Method, or (iii) the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, or importation of which would constitute in a particular country, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or contributory infringement, of any pending or issued Valid Claim within the Patent Rights or University’s interest in Related Patent Rights in such country had such rights not been owned by LICENSEE. Patent Product is a Licensed Product. For the avoidance of doubt, Patent Product does not include Enabled Products.
