Pay miles definition

Pay miles means the great circle statute miles used to compute the price of the mission in accordance with COINS. COINS calculates distances based on longitude and latitude for geographical locations listed in the DoD Flight Information Publication (FLIP) and identified by location indicators assigned by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and published in the Location Indicator, Doc 7910/67.

  • Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Severance Multiple means 2.50; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, for each full month that elapses during the period beginning on the date the Executive attains age 63 and ending on the date the Executive attains age 65, the Severance Multiple shall be reduced by an amount equal to the product of (i) 1/24 and (ii) the excess of (A) the original Severance Multiple set forth above over (B) 1.0 (rounded to the nearest hundredth).

  • Automatic disconnect means a device that when triggered, conductively separates the electric energy sources from the rest of the high voltage circuit of the electric power train.

  • Availability Incentive Payments has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Pay Period means a two (2) calendar week period beginning on a Sunday and ending on the second Saturday thereafter.

  • Auricular acupuncture means the subcutaneous insertion of sterile, disposable acupuncture needles

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:

  • Change in Control Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.4.

  • Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability means the sum of the:

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Density bonus means a floor area ratio bonus over the otherwise maximum allowable density permitted under the applicable zoning ordinance and land use elements of the general plan of a city, including a charter city, city and county, or county of:

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Scheduled Distribution means the distribution set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Target Annual Bonus has the meaning set forth in Subsection 3b.

  • Lump Sum Payment means, collectively, the lump-sum payments that may be payable to Executive pursuant to the first sentence of Subsection 6(b)(iii) and pursuant to Subsection 6(c)(ii)(B).

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.

  • Net death benefit means the amount of the life insurance policy or certificate to be settled less any outstanding debts or liens.

  • Pay Day means a specific day or date established by the employer on which wages are paid for hours worked during a pay period.

  • Service benefit means the credit toward retirement benefits as determined by the
