Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
Severance Multiple has the meaning set forth on the first page of the Agreement.
Automatic disconnect means a device that when triggered, galvanically separates the electrical energy sources from the rest of the high voltage circuit of the electric power train.
Multiple disabilities means concomitant impairments (such as intellectual disability- blindness, intellectual disability-orthopedic impairment, etc.), the combination of which causes such severe educational needs that they cannot be accommodated in special education programs solely for one of the impairments. The term does not include deaf/blindness.
Severance from Service Date means the earlier of:
Gravely disabled means a condition in which a person, as a
Availability Incentive Payments has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Pay Period means a two (2) calendar week period beginning on a Sunday and ending on the second Saturday thereafter.
Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarially equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or qualified joint and survivor annuity) to which the Member would be entitled under the terms of the plan assuming:
Change in Control Benefit means the benefit set forth in Section 4.1 below.
Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to
Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.
Separates from Service or “Separation from Service” means the Participant’s termination of service as a non‑employee director and as an employee of UGI for any reason other than death and shall be determined in accordance with section 409A of the Code.
Density bonus means a floor area ratio bonus over the otherwise maximum allowable density permitted under the applicable zoning ordinance and land use elements of the general plan of a city, including a charter city, city and county, or county of:
Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;
lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.
Scheduled Distribution means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, for each Due Date, the scheduled payment of principal and/or interest and/or fees due on such Due Date with respect to such Collateral Loan, determined in accordance with the assumptions specified in Section 1.3.
Target Annual Bonus has the meaning set forth in Subsection 3b.
Normal Retirement Age means the Executive's 65th birthday.
Qualified employment position means a permanent full-time
Lump Sum Payment means, collectively, the lump-sum payments that may be payable to Executive pursuant to the first sentence of Subsection 6(b)(iii) and pursuant to Subsection 6(c)(ii)(B).
Service disabled veteran business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more service disabled veterans or, in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest in the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity is owned by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans.
Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.
