Payment Notice and Disbursement Request means a notice sent by the Trustee to the Escrow Agent requesting a disbursement of funds from the Escrow Account, in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto. Each Payment Notice and Disbursement Request shall be signed by an officer of the Trustee.

  • This letter constitutes a Payment Notice and Disbursement Request under the Escrow Agreement.
