Payment of Money to Province. The Recipient will pay any money owing to the Province by cheque payable to the “Ontario Minister of Finance” and delivered to the Province as provided for in Schedule “B” (Contact Information and Authorized Representatives). A14.5 Fails to Pay. Without limiting the application of section 43 of the Financial Administration Act (Ontario), if the Recipient fails to pay any amount owing under the Agreement, Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario may deduct any unpaid amount from any money payable to the Recipient by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario.
