Payment Valuation Date definition

Payment Valuation Date means a date that is determined based on a number of Business Days prior to any amortization or interest payment date, as specified in a Conversion Notification Letter.

Payment Valuation Date means the Fair Market Value of the Stock Unit Account determined on the last trading day immediately prior to the Payment Date, except that in the case of a Change in Control, the Payment Valuation Date shall mean the Fair Market Value of the Stock Unit Account on the trading day immediately prior to the date that the Change in Control occurs.

  • Interest Valuation Date means each date set out in the table below in the column entitled “Interest Valuation Dates”.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.
