Conversion Notification Letter definition

Conversion Notification Letter means the communication by which the Bank informs the Borrower of the financial terms and conditions upon which a Conversion has been effected, in accordance with the Conversion Request Letter sent by the Borrower.

  • Such premium shall be paid in Dollars, in a lump-sum amount upfront or in installments, as agreed upon between the Bank and the Borrower and specified in the Conversion Notification Letter.

  • Interest and amortization installments will be paid on the fifteenth (15th) day of the month, as set forth in the Special Conditions, in an Amortization Schedule Modification Notification Letter, or in a Conversion Notification Letter, as the case may be.
