Payout Delay definition

Payout Delay means a delay to the Payout Schedule caused by (a) the unavailability of a Financial Partner, Governmental Authority, telecommunications provider or internet service provider; (b) incorrect information, such as a bank account number, provided to Stripe; (c) your equipment, software, or other technology; or (d) a Force Majeure Event.

  • Stripe will transfer settlement funds for Transactions, net of Fees, Disputes, Refunds, Reversals and other amounts owed to Stripe, from the applicable Pooled Account to the applicable User Bank Account within the time period stated in the Payout Schedule, unless a Payout Delay occurs and affects the transfer initiation, or Stripe exercises a right under this Agreement to withhold or delay the transfer.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.
