PDP Act definition

PDP Act means the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
PDP Act means the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic);

Personal Information has the meaning given to that term in the PDP Act and also includes, for the purposes of this Contract, health information, as that term is defined in the HR Act. Program means the education and re-engagement program approved by the School Council and delivered by the Contractor on behalf of the School to the Students through the provision of the Services.

  • The Contractor must not (and must ensure its Personnel do not) collect, use, disclose, store, transfer or otherwise handle Personal Information collected or held by it in connection with the Services or this Agreement except to the extent reasonably necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and only in compliance with the PDP Act and any other privacy Law applying to the Contractor.
