Peak Demand Period means each of five or more 24- hour periods (including three consecutive 24-hour periods) designated by Con Edison and occurring during the Winter Season (November through March) in which Applicant’s project(s) must provide Peak Demand Reductions, consistent with the terms outlined in Addendum 2 of this Agreement and the Program Requirements.
