Peak Sales definition

Peak Sales means the highest Net Sales of the applicable Licensed Product achieved during any Calendar Year following the First Commercial Sale of such Licensed Product within each applicable country within the Territory.

  • Retail sales As defined in the definition of Net Revenue.

  • Peak flow means the maximum instantaneous rate of flow of water at a particular point resulting from a storm event.

  • Peak where applicable, has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 5;

  • Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.

  • AUM means assets under management.
