Pedestrian Crossing Air Space definition

Pedestrian Crossing Air Space means that portion of the airspace between the Atlantis Hotel/Casino Property and the V/P Property within which the Pedestrian Crossing is constructed.

  • Borrower shall have good and marketable title to the Real Property as of the Restatement Effective Date and at all times during the term of the Bank Facilities (except for the Adjacent Driveway Property with respect to which Borrower shall have good and marketable leasehold title and except for the Pedestrian Crossing Air Space with respect to which Borrower shall have a valid license).

  • Describe any modifications or amendments to the Pedestrian Crossing Air Space License.

  • Borrower shall have good and marketable title to the Real Property as of the Closing Date and at all times during the term of the Credit Facility (except for the Adjacent Driveway Property with respect to which Borrower shall have good and marketable leasehold title and except for the Pedestrian Crossing Air Space with respect to which Borrower shall have a valid license).

  • Compliance with Pedestrian Crossing Air Space License 62 Section 5.24.

Related to Pedestrian Crossing Air Space

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
