PEO Employees definition

PEO Employees means workers who are employed or engaged by a PEO and are contracted by such PEO to provide services to Trimble or any of its Employing Subsidiaries.
PEO Employees means any individual engaged by a Target Company pursuant to a contractual relationship with a professional employer organization, staffing company, or similar third-party entity.
PEO Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).
