People Mover definition

People Mover has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6 hereof.
People Mover means a passenger car having at least 6 seating positions, including the driver’s position, that are not limited for use by reference to a person’s age or weight.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
