PER HOUR. PRICING PLAN: At the end of each month, FASTNET shall calculate the cumulative numbers of hours spent on-line by WNI Subscribers that were identified by a Per Hour ID. Each Subscriber's usage will be calculated in seconds and converted to hours with one decimal place, or in six minute increments. WNI would then be invoiced an amount equal to this number of hours multiplied by a price per hour defined as $[*] per hour. A mutually agreed upon written pricing plan can replace this pricing at any time.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.
