Per Share Holdback Amount definition

Per Share Holdback Amount means the quotient of (A) $20,000,000 divided by (B) the Total Company Share Number.

Per Share Holdback Amount means, with respect to an Asset Sale Transaction, the amount obtained by dividing (i) the Holdback Amount with respect to such Asset Sale Transaction by (ii) the total number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock outstanding as of the record date fixed in connection with the applicable Net Proceeds Dividend.

Per Share Holdback Amount means an amount equal to (x) the Adjustment Holdback Amount divided by (y) the Aggregate Securities less the Contributed Shares.

Per Share Holdback Amount means an amount equal to (a) the Holdback Amount divided by (b) the number of shares of Outstanding DKI Stock, such quotient taken to four decimal points, rounding upwards. Following expiration of the Holdback Period, the Holdback Amount, less deductions made to such Holdback Amount pursuant to Section 7 hereof, will be paid as provided in Section 7 hereof.
