Site Data definition

Site Data means data collected from an AVID Member Site pertaining to student demographics, course enrollment, site characteristics and related outcomes.
Site Data means all data generated by the Generating Facility 34 and Supporting Infrastructure. Provider agrees to not use the Site Data in any manner that would have an 35 adverse impact on the Receiver.
Site Data is any data that is (A) preexisting Media Company data used by Media Company pursuant to the IO; (B) gathered pursuant to the IO during delivery of an Ad that identifies or allows identification of Media Company, Media Company’s Site, brand, content, context, or users as such; or (C) entered by users on any Media Company Site other than User Volunteered Data.

More Definitions of Site Data

Site Data means all or any Vantage or third party materials displayed on the Site in good faith by Vantage from time to time, including, without limitation, any price feeds, market information or commentary, trading tools, charting packages, trading signals, fundamental and/or technical analysis functions and information, trade idea generators, trading templates or other forms of trading systems (as the case may be);
Site Data is any data that is (A) preexisting Viber data used by Viber pursuant to the IO; (B) gathered pursuant to the IO during delivery of an Ad that identifies or allows identification of Viber, Viber Properties, brand, content, context, or users as such; or (C) entered by users on any Viber Properties other than User Volunteered Data.

Site Data. All of the health, healthcare related medical, pharmaceutical, insurance and benefits information and other intellectual property, including without limitation in any Database, displayed or available on the Sites.
