Performance Improvement Project definition

Performance Improvement Project means an ongoing program for improvement that focuses on clinical and nonclinical areas, and that involves (i) measurement of performance using objective quality indicators, (ii) implementation of system interventions to achieve improvement in quality, (iii) evaluation of the effectiveness of the interventions, and (iv)planning and initiation of activities for increasing or sustaining improvement.
Performance Improvement Project or “PIP” shall mean activities conducted by Managed Care Organizations designed to improve the quality of care or services received by Apple Health Managed Care recipients.
Performance Improvement Project or “PIP” means a planned process of data gathering, Evaluation and analysis to determine interventions or activities that are projected to have a positive Outcome. A PIP includes measuring the impact of the interventions or activities toward improving the Quality of care and service delivery. Formerly referred to as Quality Improvement Projects (QIP).

Performance Improvement Project or “PIP” means those activities conducted by a PIHP designed to improve the quality of care or services received by Medicaid recipients.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:
