INITIATION OF ACTIVITIES. The activities contemplated herein will begin immediately upon receipt of this executed engagement letter and the execution of the Non-Circumvention and Confidentiality Agreement. The parties hereto may at any time give written notice of change of address, and, after such notice has been received, any notice shall thereafter be given to such party at the changed address.

INITIATION OF ACTIVITIES. It is expected that activities taking place under this Agreement will be initiated primarily by academic units and International Offices within each university, and in coordination with their respective administrative units concerned with international activities. All activities undertaken must conform to the policies and procedures in place at each institution.

INITIATION OF ACTIVITIES. Implementation by Task Order (1) Work under this contract shall be initiated only by issuance of fully executed “Task Orders”. Each Task Order should contain: the date of the order, the contract number, quantities and unit prices, delivery date(s), place of delivery, accounting and appropriation data, and any other pertinent information. Each Task Order shall be initiated and signed by the Contracting Officer. The Task Order shall then be signed by the Contractor. (2) The Contractor is hereby notified to honor only written Task Orders signed by the Contracting Officer. (3) When mailed, a Task Order shall be considered to be issued for the purpose of this contract at the time the Government deposits the order in the mail, or, if transmitted by other means, when physically delivery to the Contractor. The Contractor shall not start work on any Task Order without receiving a signed task order or authorized verbally to begin work by the Contracting Officer (exclusively).

INITIATION OF ACTIVITIES. In the event that the Parties have entered agreements that propose activities for which public notice, review and comment is legally required, the Parties agree that none of the activities shall be initiated until the appropriate notice, review and comment requirements are fulfilled unless a time sensitive or emergency situation exists. In all such cases, certain studies may go forward pending the public notice, review and comment process.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Market Activities The Company will not, directly or indirectly, (i) take any action designed to cause or result in, or that constitutes or would reasonably be expected to constitute, the stabilization or manipulation of the price of any security of the Company to facilitate the sale or resale of Common Stock or (ii) sell, bid for, or purchase Common Stock in violation of Regulation M, or pay anyone any compensation for soliciting purchases of the Placement Shares other than the Agent.

  • Commercial Activities Neither Contractor nor its employees shall establish any commercial activity or issue concessions or permits of any kind to Third Parties for establishing commercial activities on the Site or any other lands owned or controlled by Owner.
