Performance Location definition

Performance Location means the location set out in a Work Package at which the Services shall be performed;
Performance Location means the location set out in Schedule 1 at which the Supplier shall perform, or procure the performance of, the Services; Policies means the policies of the Supplier set out in Schedule 4 as the same may be updated from time to time by the Supplier and notified to the Customer; Price means the price of any of the Services determined under clause 8; Representatives has the meaning given to it in clause 17.2.1;

Performance Location means the location set out in Schedule 1 to which the Supplier shall supply or procure the supply of, the Services or at some alternative premises as may be notified by the [insert name of organisation] (acting reasonably) to the Supplier in writing from time to time; Price means the price of any of the Services determined under clause 5; Processing Instructions the processing instructions set out in writing by the [insert name of organisation] from time to time, and any additional processing instructions set out in Part II of Schedule 3; Processing Period the period specified in Part II of Schedule 3, during which the Supplier shall carry out the Specified Processing;

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
