A Work Package definition

A Work Package is work or services which is to be carried out under the Contract.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1.   • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Minor Works has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.7(a) of Schedule 4 (Persons with Disabilities and Disability Discrimination);
