Processing Instructions definition

Processing Instructions means the written instructions for Processing Client Personal Data, as set out in this Schedule and in the Agreement, and otherwise as provided in writing by or on behalf of Client to MRI or a MRI Affiliate from time to time.

Examples of Processing Instructions in a sentence

  • In the event an Adverse Supply Event is due to Hovione being unable to comply with a change in the Processing Instructions or Specifications that is required by the FDA or other United States Regulatory Agency, (a) the Parties shall discuss in good faith [***], and (b) [***].
