Performance Pricing Determination Date definition

Performance Pricing Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a).
Performance Pricing Determination Date means each date on which the Debt Rating changes. Each change in interest and fees as a result of a change in Debt Rating shall be effective only for Loans (including Refunding Loans) which are made on or after the relevant Performance Pricing Determination Date. All determinations hereunder shall be made by the Agent unless the Required Banks or the Borrower shall object to any such determination. The Borrower shall promptly notify the Agent of any change in the Debt Rating.
Performance Pricing Determination Date means each date on which the Debt Rating changes.

Performance Pricing Determination Date means each date on which the Credit Rating changes, and if the Applicable Margin is determined by reference to the Leverage Ratio, the first (1st) Business Day following the delivery by Borrower to the Agent of the Compliance Certificate at the end of a fiscal quarter (or the first (1st) Business Day after such delivery was required, as applicable).
