Examples of Performance Restricted Shares in a sentence

  • Each grant of Performance Restricted Shares shall be evidenced by a written agreement between the Company and Participant to whom such shares are granted.

  • The Committee shall establish a Performance Period applicable to each grant of Performance Restricted Shares.

  • The Committee may from time to time grant Performance Restricted Shares to Participants under which payment may be made in shares of Common Stock if the performance of the Company meets certain goals established by the Committee.
