PERIOD OF MAINTENANCE / GUARANTEE definition

PERIOD OF MAINTENANCE / GUARANTEE means the specified period from the date of issue of the COMPLETION CERTIFICATE, wherein, the CONTRACTOR is responsible for the maintenance of the WORKS under the CONTRACT.
