Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM) means 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Client’s local time, Monday through Friday excluding Unisys designated holidays.
In consideration of Customer paying in advance the Equipment Maintenance Service charges specified on the applicable Order Form, Fujitsu shall render maintenance service for the covered Equipment (“Equipment Maintenance Service”) during the Principal Period of Maintenance (“PPM”) as set forth on the applicable Order Form.
If the service engineer cannot resolve your problem using the methods explained above, a service technician will in most cases be dispatched to arrive at your location for On-Site Service by the next business day after dispatch (during your Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM)), Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding regularly observed holidays.
If You follow the procedures detailed in this Agreement and In-Home service by a Servicer is required, then, in most cases, the Administrator will dispatch a Servicer to arrive at Your location for service the next business day during Your Principal Period of Maintenance, or “PPM”, as follows: In-Home Service.
As an alternative, and for an additional fee, service is offered Outside of Principal Period of Maintenance subject to the availability of personnel.
