Examples of Period of Vesting in a sentence

  • Period of Vesting: Option granted under ESOP was vested after 18 Months from the Grant date.

  • For purposes of determining an Employee’s Period of Vesting Service, the Employee shall incur a Break-in-Service for any Period of Severance of at least 12 consecutive months.

Related to Period of Vesting

  • Grant Period means the period between Effective Date and Expiration Date of the Grant Award Agreement during which time expenditure of all grant funds and all contributions to match must be made.

  • Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).
