Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.
Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
ADS Custodian means the person then acting as custodian under the Deposit Agreement. The ADS Custodian as of the Issue Date is The Bank of New York Mellon.
Custody Agreement The Custody Agreement or Agreements identified in the Trust Agreement.
Permanent Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series, either on issue or upon exchange of a temporary Global Note, or part of it, and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part B or Part D of Schedule 1, as the case may be;
