Permanent Roaming definition

Permanent Roaming means a cumulative use of roaming Services by the same IMSI for 91 days (accumulated) or more per 4 months period on the network of Slovak Telekom. Furthermore, Permanent Roaming shall also include scenarios where by means of intelligent traffic steering across several national mobile networks a permanent usage of Services in Slovak Telekom’s home country (Slovakia) shall be established in order to provide domestic offerings.
Permanent Roaming means a situation whereby more than fifty (50%) percent of a Roaming Customer’s data and/or voice usage, measured on a per International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) basis, is generated during each of any three (3) consecutive calendar months on the Company Available PMN, when measured against such Roaming Customer’s aggregate data and/or voice usage on both the Operator’s PMN and the Company Available PMN.
