Examples of Permitted Activity in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee is not precluded from a Permitted Activity.
A Chapter Responsible Member shall not, in any manner whatsoever, engage or participate in, approve, permit, consent to, or otherwise allow, any activity or event directly or indirectly done for, by, or on behalf of the Chapter or any Chapter committee, or otherwise involving or mentioning the Chapter or any Chapter committee, that is not a Permitted Activity.
Any vote by Chapter members that does not involve the Chapter’s governance, operations, or a Permitted Activity shall be null and void.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee is not precluded from (i) maintaining a passive investment in publicly held entities provided that employee does not have more than a five percent (5%) beneficial ownership in any such entity; or (ii) serving as an officer or director of any entity, the majority of the voting securities of which is owned, directly or indirectly, by the Company (collectively, a "Permitted Activity").
Any Activity which complies with all the relevant Site and Zone Standards and is not listed as a Controlled, Discretionary, Non-Complying or Prohibited Activity, shall be a Permitted Activity.
