Permitted Business Activities means clauses (1) and (2) of the definition of “Oil and Gas Business.”
Permitted Business Activities means the acquisition, development, renovation, ownership, leasing, sale and operation of Life Sciences Buildings (including Unstabilized Projects that will be used as Life Sciences Buildings following completion of development) plus free-standing parking garages that serve such Life Sciences Buildings, in the case of the 47 Erie Parking Garage in Cambridge, Massachusetts and any such parking garage that may be acquired as part of a future acquisition of Life Sciences Buildings, so long as Borrower has obtained the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent to the inclusion of such garage, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Permitted Business Activities means the business, operations or other activities carried on by the Group Members (whether directly, through a joint venture or otherwise) at the date hereof related to the electronic dance music industry, including, without limitation, music and nightclub venues, festivals, promoters and related businesses, ticketing, content sales, media sales, content subscriptions, talent management, sponsorship sales, advertising, digital and internet content and any business or other activities conducted by the Group Members that is similar, reasonably related, complementary, incidental or ancillary thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof.
Examples of Permitted Business Activities in a sentence
Engage only in Permitted Business Activities, and only own assets and make Investments that will be used in connection with such Permitted Business Activities and are incidental thereto.
Engage in or pursue any business or other activities or ventures other than Permitted Business Activities, or otherwise make any material change in the principal nature of the business of the Consolidated Group.
The Company agrees that serving or engaging in Other Permitted Business Activities shall not constitute Cause for purposes of paragraph 2.2(iii).
No Group Member shall carry on any business, operations or activities other than Permitted Business Activities.

Permitted Business Activities has the meaning set forth in subsection 3.5.

Permitted Business Activities means the acquisition, development, renovation, ownership, leasing, sale, operation and management of buildings primarily used or intended to be used for office, office/laboratory, research or manufacturing purposes and additional Investments of the type expressly permitted under Section 6.13.
