Permitted Flag Jurisdiction definition

Permitted Flag Jurisdiction means the Republic of the Mxxxxxxx Islands, the Bahamas, Panama, Bermuda, the Republic of Cyprus, Isle of Man, Liberia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or any other jurisdiction approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be withheld unreasonably).

Permitted Flag Jurisdiction means any of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, xxx Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxx, xxx Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Malta, the Republic of Cyprus, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and any other jurisdiction generally acceptable to institutional lenders in the shipping industry, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors.

Permitted Flag Jurisdiction means Bermuda and the Xxxxxxxx Islands and such other jurisdiction as shall be consented to in writing by the Purchasers.

Permitted Flag Jurisdiction shall have the meaning provided in the Senior Notes Indenture (as in effect on the Third Amendment Effective Date and without giving effect to any further amendment, modification, supplement or waiver thereto).
