Permitted Inventory Liens definition

Permitted Inventory Liens means any Lien, and the amount of any Liability secured thereby, on crude oil inventory which would be a Permitted Lien under Section 7.2(d).
Permitted Inventory Liens means any Lien on Petroleum Inventory permitted under Section 7.2(ii)(b) (so long as such Lien is inchoate) or Section 7.2(ii)(d).

Permitted Inventory Liens means (i) any Lien, and the amount of any Liability secured thereby, on Petroleum Products inventory imposed by any governmental authority for taxes, assessments or charges not yet due or the validity of which is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings, if necessary, for which adequate reserves are maintained on the books of Borrower in accordance with GAAP (so long as such Lien is inchoate) or (ii) carriers’, warehousemen’s, mechanics’, materialmen’s, repairmen’s, landlord’s, or other like Liens (including, without limitation, Liens on property of Borrower in the possession of storage facilities, pipelines or barges) arising in the ordinary course of business for amounts which are not more than 60 days past due or the validity of which is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings, if necessary, and for which adequate reserves are maintained on the books of Borrower in accordance with GAAP.
Permitted Inventory Liens means (i) any Lien, and the amount of any liability secured thereby, on Petroleum Products inventory imposed by any governmental authority for taxes, assessments or charges not yet due or the validity of which is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings, if necessary, for which adequate reserves are maintained on the books of the applicable Borrower in accordance with GAAP or other applicable accounting principles and standards, as applicable (so long as such Lien is inchoate) or (ii) carriers’, warehousemen’s, mechanics’, materialmen’s, repairmen’s, landlord’s, or other like Liens (including, without limitation, Liens on property of any Borrower in the possession of storage facilities, pipelines or barges) arising in the ordinary course of business for amounts which are not more than 60 days past due or the validity of which is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings, if necessary, and for which adequate reserves are maintained on the books of Borrower in accordance with GAAP.
Permitted Inventory Liens means any Lien, and the amount of any indebtedness, liability or obligation secured thereby, on Petroleum Inventory which would be a permitted lien under paragraphs (a) (so long as such Lien is inchoate), (c) and (d) of the definition of Permitted Liens.
