Perpetual License Fee means the fee charged to Customer by Delinea for each Perpetual Use License, which does not include the fees for Consulting Services or Technical Support or Maintenance. Customer shall pay a separate Maintenance Fee for Technical Support and Maintenance for each Maintenance Period Customer chooses to purchase.
