Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.
Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).
Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.
Transaction Support Agreement means that certain Transaction Support Agreement, together with all exhibits, annexes, and schedules thereto, dated as of March 15, 2019, and as amended on April 10, 2019, by and among NMG, Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Consenting Sponsors, an ad hoc committee of holders of 2013 Term Loans, an ad hoc committee of holders of Cash Pay Notes and PIK Toggle Notes, and each of the additional parties who delivered a joinder thereto.
Application Supported by Blocked Amount means an application, whether physical or electronic, by a Bidder (other than Anchor Investors) to make a Bid and authorising the relevant SCSB to block the Bid Amount in the relevant ASBA Account and will include amounts blocked by SCSBs upon acceptance of UPI Mandate Request made by the UPI Bidders;
Non-Supported Interest Shortfall As defined in Section 4.02.
Non-Supported Interest Shortfalls As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls exceeds Compensating Interest for such Distribution Date.
Fault means a default, breach, or wrongful act or omission.
Missing Person means a Covered Person who disappeared for an unknown reason and whose disappearance was reported to the Appropriate Authority(ies).
construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;
Female owned business means a business concern which is at least 51% owned by one or more women, or, in the case of a corporation, at least 51% of the stock in which is owned by one or more women; and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more of the women who own it.
Allegation means any written or oral statement or other indication of possible scholarly misconduct made to an institutional official.
Foreign support order means a support order of a foreign tribunal.
Nominated Person means a person who is a member, or a member and Officer, of the Association
Relative means a person related by blood, marriage or affinity;
State-owned enterprise means any enterprise involved in a commercial activity over which a Party at central or sub‑central level directly or indirectly owns more than 50 % of the enterprise’s subscribed capital or of the votes attached to the shares issued by the enterprise;
Company Owned IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means a business enterprise, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is:
Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.
Ultimate controlling person means that person which is not controlled by any other person.
Women-owned business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, or in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest is owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.
Special Class Tradesperson means a tradesperson who is engaged on work which requires the use of complex, high quality trade skills and experience which are not generally exercised in normal construction work. For the purpose of this definition, complex and high-quality trade skills and experience will be deemed to be acquired by the tradesperson:
Person so Engaged means the person who is engaged by the Owner to co-ordinate and supervise the process of designing, planning, constructing, fitting out, completing and marketing the Development. 「如此聘用的人」指擁有人聘用以統籌和監管發展項目的設計﹑規劃﹑建造﹑裝置﹑完成及銷售的過程的人士。
Proposing Person means (1) the Record Stockholder providing the notice of business proposed to be brought before an annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting, (2) the beneficial owner or beneficial owners, if different, on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made, and (3) any Associated Person on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made;
Wholly-Owned Affiliate has the meaning specified in Rule 2 of Regulation RR.
Women-owned business concern means a concern which is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women; or in the case of any publicly owned business, at least 51 percent of its stock is owned by one or more women; and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.
