Personal Device definition

Personal Device means a Client Device not directly owned by the Trust.
Personal Device means a Client Device not directly owned by the Academy.
Personal Device means a computer, smart phone, tablet, or other device that is authorized to access member data or is used to backup any such device and is owned by employee and acquired voluntarily, without payment by member and without any expectation of reimbursement for any costs related to the purchase, activation, operational/connectivity charges, service or repairs, or other costs that may be incurred related to the device or its use.

  • For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Licensed Programs shall not be delivered to Personal Devices and/or on a Personal Device FVOD or Personal Device TVOD basis and/or using Personal Device Delivery Means, unless and until such time Licensee is capable of complying with Schedule B, Licensee notifies Licensor in writing of such capability, and Licensor provides its approval thereof.

  • The capability of the Passenger to perform any or all of the following functions shall be permitted under the foregoing license, solely with respect to the following Licensed Services: In-Seat TVOD, In-Seat FVOD, Personal Device TVOD, and Personal Device FVOD: stop, start, pause, rewind and/or fast forward the delivery of the Licensed Program but excluding recording capability (“VCR Functionality”).

Personal Device means a smartphone, cell phone, tablet, watch, computer (desktop or laptop), printer, scanner, flash drive, hard drive, or any other device that can be used to create, generate, receive, send, or store electronic information, if the device is not owned or provided to Executive by the Corporation, the Bank, or any Affiliate.
