Personal Security Information definition

Personal Security Information means any personal details or security process that we ask you to use to confirm your identity or authorise a payment instruction to us. These may include a password, PIN, Personal Security Information or other security numbers or codes that we give you (such as a One Time Passcode when you want to make a payment using the Internet Banking Service) or that you choose.
Personal Security Information means any information provided to the client by the payment service provider to perform authentication, or personalized based on an agreement with the payment service provider upon being determined by the client.
Personal Security Information means any numbers or other information (including Personal Identification Numbers [“PINs”] and Personal Access Codes [“PACs”]) we give you or an Authorised User, or ask you (or them) to choose, in order to use telephone, postal or fax or other services securely or for the protection of your privacy and/or making payments using Card operated machines.

Examples of Personal Security Information in a sentence

  • Although you must not, generally, give your Personal Security Information to anyone else, you may give them to a TPP if they ask for them.

  • National Security Information means information that has been determined pursuant to Executive Order 13526 or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form. Classified or national security information is specifically authorized to be protected from unauthorized disclosure in the interest of national defense or foreign policy under an Executive Order or Act of Congress.

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Property Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.03.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Protected Health Information or PHI means any information, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium: (i) that relates to the past, present or future physical or mental condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; and (ii) that identifies the individual or with respect to which there is a reasonable basis to believe the information can be used to identify the individual, and shall have the meaning given to such term under the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.501. Protected Health Information includes Electronic Protected Health Information [45 C.F.R. Sections 160.103, 164.501].

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Confidential and Proprietary Information means any information that is classified as confidential in the Firm’s Global Policy on Confidential Information or that may have intrinsic value to the Firm, the Firm’s clients or other parties with which the Firm has a relationship, or that may provide the Firm with a competitive advantage, including, without limitation, any trade secrets; inventions (whether or not patentable); formulas; flow charts; computer programs; access codes or other systems information; algorithms; technology and business processes; business, product or marketing plans; sales and other forecasts; financial information; client lists or other intellectual property; information relating to compensation and benefits; and public information that becomes proprietary as a result of the Firm’s compilation of that information for use in its business, provided that such Confidential and Proprietary Information does not include any information which is available for use by the general public or is generally available for use within the relevant business or industry other than as a result of your action. Confidential and Proprietary Information may be in any medium or form, including, without limitation, physical documents, computer files or discs, electronic communications, videotapes, audiotapes, and oral communications.

  • personal health information means, with respect to an individual, whether living or deceased:
