Personnel Agreement definition

Personnel Agreement means the Personnel Agreement between the Company and Arbitron Inc. entered into in connection with the Spin-Off which provides for, among other things, the exchange or conversion of Old Ceridian Options into options to purchase common stock of the Company and Arbitron Options (as such term is described in the Personnel Agreement).
