Persons and families of moderate income definition

Persons and families of moderate income or “middle-income families” means persons and families of low or moderate income whose income exceeds the income limit for lower income households.
Persons and families of moderate income means persons and families deemed by the Agency to require the assistance made available by this Chapter on account of insufficient personal or family income taking into consideration, without limitation, (i) the amount of the total income of such persons and families available for housing needs, (ii) the size of the family, (iii) the cost and condition of housing facilities available and (iv) the eligibility of such persons and families for federal housing assistance of any type predicated upon a moderate or low and moderate income basis. Persons and families of moderate income means households whose income does not exceed the moderate income limits applicable to Santa Clara County, as published and periodically updated by the State Department of Housing and Community Development.

  • Moderate-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income in excess of 50 percent but less than 80 percent of the median household income.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);

  • Consolidated Income Taxes means, with respect to any Person for any period, taxes imposed upon such Person or other payments required to be made by such Person by any governmental authority which taxes or other payments are calculated by reference to the income or profits of such Person or such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent such income or profits were included in computing Consolidated Net Income for such period), regardless of whether such taxes or payments are required to be remitted to any governmental authority.

  • Consolidated Group Pro Rata Share means, with respect to any Investment Affiliate, the percentage of the total equity ownership interests held by the Consolidated Group in the aggregate, in such Investment Affiliate determined by calculating the greater of (i) the percentage of the issued and outstanding stock, partnership interests or membership interests in such Investment Affiliate held by the Consolidated Group in the aggregate and (ii) the percentage of the total book value of such Investment Affiliate that would be received by the Consolidated Group in the aggregate, upon liquidation of such Investment Affiliate, after repayment in full of all Indebtedness of such Investment Affiliate.

  • Non-Income Tax Return means any Tax Return relating to Taxes other than Income Taxes.

  • Consolidated Income Available for Fixed Charges means, with respect to any period, Consolidated Net Income for such period plus all amounts deducted in the computation thereof on account of (a) Fixed Charges and (b) taxes imposed on or measured by income or excess profits.
