PFC Regulations definition

PFC Regulations means Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 158), as amended from time to time, and any other regulation issued with respect to the PFC Act.

Examples of PFC Regulations in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 9.2, net principal amount shall mean the total principal amount of all PFCs that are collected by Airline or its agents on behalf of the Port, reduced by any amount that Airline is permitted to retain pursuant to § 158.53(a) of the PFC Regulations.
