Phase 1B Construction Works definition

Phase 1B Construction Works means all the work concerning the detailed design, specification, construction and completion of the Phase 1B of the Toll Road in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
Phase 1B Construction Works means all the work concerning the detailed design, specification, construction and completion of the Phase 1B of the Toll Road (including the Phase IB Early Works) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

  • To the extent that the Amended Corridor differs from the Corridor, the Developer may request that the Grantor acquire at the Grantor's cost any additional land which the Developer requires for the construction of the Early Project Construction Works, the Phase 1A Construction Works, or the Phase 1B Construction Works, as the case may be, and the Grantor shall make all reasonable efforts to obtain the same in sufficient time so as not to delay the progress of the Construction Works.

  • CERTAIN ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS REGARDING PHASE 1B EARLY WORKS The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Phase 1B Early Works shall be performed by Bouygues TP and paid for by the Grantor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the variation order n°152 dated 13th January 2011; and(b) the Phase 1B Early Works, when completed, will be incorporated herein and deemed part of the Phase 1B Construction Works.

Related to Phase 1B Construction Works

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Land disturbing construction activity means any man-made alteration of the land surface resulting in a change in the topography or existing vegetative or non-vegetative soil cover, that may result in runoff and lead to an increase in soil erosion and movement of sediment into waters of the state. Land disturbing construction activity includes clearing and grubbing, demolition, excavating, pit trench dewatering, filling and grading activities.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
