Phase 2 Apportionment Percentage definition

Phase 2 Apportionment Percentage has the meaning given to that term in the CfD (Phase 2) Agreement;
Phase 2 Apportionment Percentage means, in respect of each Settlement Unit within a Billing Period, provided that the sum of the Phase 1 Apportionment Percentage[,]/[and] the Phase 2 Apportionment Percentage [and the Phase 3 Apportionment Percentage] shall not exceed one hundred (100) per cent. at any time: Phase 2 Apportionment Percentage = ∑ TICP1AT ∑ TICPPAT × 100 where: ∑TICP1AT is the sum of the Turbine Installed Capacity of each of the Phase 2 Active Turbines; and ∑TICPPAT is the sum of the Turbine Installed Capacity of each of the Phased Project Active Turbines;

  • Final Payment Percentage is five percent (5.00%).

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Constant Percentage 1 means 100%;

  • Constant Percentage 2 means 100%;

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual percentage rate of finance charges or service charges, as stated in the related Contract.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly.
