Phase 2 Contract definition

Phase 2 Contract means the second stage development contract awarded by the Hospital to the Company for the Development Work;
Phase 2 Contract means that certain Purchase and Sale Contract for the purchase and sale of all of the membership interests of Rxxxxx Big Creek, LLC.
