Phase I Deliverables will mean the Client’s deliverable obligations pursuant to Exhibit C attached to this Agreement. Phase I Design Package will have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.2. Phase II Deliverables will mean the Client’s deliverable obligations pursuant to Exhibit C Phase II Design Package will have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.4 attached to this Agreement. Plant will have the meaning given to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement. Related to Phase I Deliverables

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
