Phase I Deliverables will mean the Client’s deliverable obligations pursuant to Exhibit C attached to this Agreement. Phase I Design Package will have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.2. Phase II Deliverables will mean the Client’s deliverable obligations pursuant to Exhibit C Phase II Design Package will have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.4 attached to this Agreement. Plant will have the meaning given to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement. Project will mean the Plant, together with all equipment, labor, services and materials furnished under the Design-Build Agreement. Services will have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1. Site will mean the land or premises on which the Plant is located. Work Product will have the meaning given to such term in Section 8.1.
Phase I Deliverables is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and inserting the following in replacement thereof:
Phase I Deliverables means the capabilities necessary to migrate the Phase I Programs onto Firstmark Services’ systems such that Firstmark Services is able to accept Applications via the Online Application System, and perform all of its obligations with respect to such Applications as set forth in this Agreement and the applicable Program Guidelines. Phase I Deliverables includes all of the functionalities set forth on Exhibit D to this Agreement.”

Related to Phase I Deliverables

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
