ORSA summary report means a confidential high-level summary of an insurer or insurance group's own risk and solvency assessment.

Summary Plan Description means this plan document and summary plan description.
Team Sheet means a form provided by the Competition on which the names of the Players taking part in a Competition match are listed.
Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section 2 that is used to reflect specific country and assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.
Cover Sheet means the cover sheet to this Agreement, completed by Seller and incorporated into the Agreement.
Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
Offer Sheet means Bidder’s firm offer submitted to Purchaser in accordance with the specification.
Policy summary means a synopsis describing the elements of a life insurance policy.
Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Summary suspension means the immediate suspension of either a facility's license or program-specific certification or both by the department pending administrative proceedings for suspension, revocation, or other actions deemed necessary by the department.
Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Written Summary means the written summary that must be submitted annually to the Ministry as required by the Section titled Reporting Requirements of this Certificate.
Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.
Purchase description means the words used in a solicitation to describe the supplies, services, or construction to be purchased, and includes specifications attached to or made a part of the solicitation.
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
IFR means the symbol used to designate the instrument flight rules;
Cost Report We relied on the separate reporting of non-sub-capitated and sub-capitated experience by the MCPs in the medical cube worksheets of the CY 2018 cost reports. In the MCP cost reports, sub-capitated expenditures represent the amounts paid by MCPs for sub-capitated services, rather than “shadow priced” claims as illustrated in the CY 2018 encounter data.
diagram means a diagram as defined in the Land Survey Act, 1997 (Act No. 8 of 1997);
Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.
